Michele Rosenfeld was the lead attorney for the Montgomery County Planning Board for 10 years.  She handles land use and zoning cases including special exception, variance and rezoning matters. She also represents clients in cases involving property disputes, forest conservation violations and condemnation proceedings. Her clients include property and business owners; homeowner, community and environmental organizations, and non-profit interest groups.
